You hold in your hands our inaugural Pinot Noir, made from the Pommard 4 and 667 clones grown in the esteemed Fairview Ranch Road Vineyard located in the Santa Lucia Highlands AVA of California. Fairview Ranch rests along a sloped hillside where the soil, topography and roaring winds from the Monterey Bay yield tiny, concentrated clusters. This wine was harvested by hand on September 21, 2009 and shows a nose of raspberry with earth, spice and dark cherry on the palate. Delicious now, it will enjoy a nice evolution three to five years from now.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Napa Valley, Oak Knoll
The Grapes for our second Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon come from a vineyard that rests on the sloping hillsides of the Oak Knoll AVA. The nose is of complex black fruit aromas, giving way to a sublet and sweet oak influence. The complex nature of the nose is echoed on the palate, exhibiting a medium to full body. Hints of blueberry, black pepper spice, truffles and earthiness compliment the core of fruit flavors that fill tip the entry, midpalate and long finish. Delicious now, it will age well for 7-10 years. Enjoy with good friends.

Santa Ynez, McGinley Vineyard
The grapes for this wine are grown in the Westerly Vineyard (now known as McGinley) which is located in Upper Santa Ynez's Happy Canyon area where warm days are tempered by a cooling sea breeze at night to ensure a long growing season. This wine displays a brilliant, pale straw color along with an inviting nose of tropical fruit aromas and a subtle herbal note that adds complexity to the profile. Vivid in the entry, the wine has crisp fruit flavors of tart pear, green apple and melon that enhance the midpalate and carry through to the long, clean finish. Delicious now.

For our third release we've returned to the "See" clone grape, sourced from the same St. Helena vineyard that made our inaugural release so phenomenal. Lovely aromas of vanilla, blackberry, and spice grace this Cabernet Sauvignon, offering a palate layered with complex flavors of dark cherries, mocha, and cassis. Well structured, the wine has a full mouthfeel, with bright acidity and supple tannins. Delicious now, it will age well for 7-10 years. Enjoy with good friends!
